Data we process
These public pages do not ask for an account and do not set an advertising cookie. If you enroll, we process the name, email, and phone you give at payment, and the payment status. Stripe processes the card number. We do not store it.
Purpose and basis
We use that data to enroll you, provide the live sessions, recordings access, and included support, and to handle a refund. The basis is performing the contract. Access depends on the payment being marked paid, not on a profile about you.
Retention
Recordings access lasts for the period stated on the course page and ends sooner if a refund is issued. Order data is kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and disputes.
Recipients
Stripe processes the payment. The site and the recordings are hosted on a server in the European Union. Live sessions are delivered through a video-meeting link. We do not sell personal data.
Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability, and you can object to a decision based only on automated evaluation. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. The legal period to access, correct, or delete is fifteen days. You can also complain to Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales.
Children
The course is for adults who run a business. It is not directed at children.
If you do not provide the data
Without the payment data we cannot enroll you or open access.
